Cute milk bread recipe made with mucilon nature selection oats, quinoa and barley, milk, wheat flour, dry yeast and butter.
How to make milk bread with mucilon
In a large container, mix the flour with the yeast and salt. In another container, mix the sugar with the milk until dissolved. Open a hole in the center of the flour and gradually add the milk, mixing well. Add the butter and, with the spatula, fold the dough over it to incorporate. Knead the dough with your hands for about 10 minutes. Model the dough in a ball, cover the bowl with a cloth and let stand. Transfer the dough to the countertop and flatly flat with your hands. Cut the dough into 5 portions and boil each. Grease the countertop with a little oil and place the bread model next to each other. Cover the breads with a cloth and let stand for another 30 minutes. In a small container, break the egg and mix well with 1 tsp of water. Arrange a bread in the center of the greased Air Fryer basket and distribute the rest around. Brush the egg and water mixture over the entire surface of the bread and bake for about 20 minutes in the preheated Air Fryer at 180ºC, or until they grow up and golden. Transfer baked breads to a grid and let cool before serving.

- ATTENTION: Milk should be added really slowly, otherwise the dough can be too soft and difficult to work for.
- Once all the liquid has been incorporated, add the butter and, with the spatula, bend the dough over it to incorporate (if you prefer, start kneading with your hands at this stage).
- After adding the butter kicks the dough with your hands for about 10 minutes: Tighten and fold the dough over it inside the bowl until very smooth (if you prefer, knead the dough, but without adding more flour than indicated in the recipe).
- Model the dough in a ball, cover the bowl with a cloth and let stand, at room temperature, for about 1 hour, or until doubled in volume.
- After the fermentation period, transfer the dough to the bench and flatly find with your hands.
- With the baker’s spatula, cut the dough into 5 portions and boile each.

- Arrange a bread in the center of the greased Air Fryer basket and distribute the rest around.
