Pineapple Cream recipe with mint

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple tea
  • 1 cup of water
  • 5 Leaves of Mint
  • 3 tablespoons of Mucilon® multicereal

Preparation mode

  • In a pan, put the pineapple and water and cook for about 5 minutes until the pineapple is soft.
  • Add the mint and leave the pan semi -covered for about 2 minutes.
  • In a container, place the contents of the pan, remove the mint, mash well and add the mucilon.
  • Serve next.

Yield: 1 portion
