
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple tea
- 1 cup of water
- 5 Leaves of Mint
- 3 tablespoons of Mucilon® multicereal

Preparation mode
- In a pan, put the pineapple and water and cook for about 5 minutes until the pineapple is soft.
- Add the mint and leave the pan semi -covered for about 2 minutes.
- In a container, place the contents of the pan, remove the mint, mash well and add the mucilon.
- Serve next.
