
Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped onion (6 g)
- 50 g of ground beef
- 1/2 small chopped carrot (about 45 g)
- 3 tablespoons of chopped spinach (30g)
- 3 tablespoons of mucilon® corn (21 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil (2 g)

Preparation mode
- In a pan, place the onion and ground beef.
- Add the carrot and 2 cups of boiling water.
- Lower the heat and cook for about 20 minutes with the pan covered or until the meat is tender.
- Add the spinach and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Knead everything with a fork, mix Mucilon® and finish with olive oil.
- Serve next.
