Meat and Carrot Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped onion (6 g)
  • 50 g of ground beef
  • 1/2 small chopped carrot (about 45 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped spinach (30g)
  • 3 tablespoons of mucilon® corn (21 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil (2 g)

Preparation mode

  • In a pan, place the onion and ground beef.
  • Add the carrot and 2 cups of boiling water.
  • Lower the heat and cook for about 20 minutes with the pan covered or until the meat is tender.
  • Add the spinach and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Knead everything with a fork, mix Mucilon® and finish with olive oil.
  • Serve next.

Tip: For salt use, see your pediatrician.

Yield: 1 portion
