Cassava and manioc paste with egg and spinach

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic (1g)
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped onion (6 g)
  • 1/2 cup of peeled cassava, chopped (50 g)
  • 1 small piece of peeled and chopped manioc (40 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped spinach (30 g)
  • 1 cooked gem
  • 3 tablespoons of mucilon® rice and oats (21 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil (2 g)

Preparation mode

  • In a pan, put the garlic and onion.
  • Add cassava and manioc.
  • Put 2 cups of boiling water and cook over low heat with the pan covered for about 30 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
  • Add the spinach, leave for 5 minutes and put the yolk.
  • Knead everything with a fork, mix Mucilon® and finish with olive oil.
  • Serve next.

Tip: For salt use, consult your pediatrician.
